His Excellency Abdullah Ibrahim Al Zaabi

His Excellency Abdullah Ibrahim Al Zaabi is the Department of Human Resources Chairman. He holds several distinguished positions, including Board Member of the University of Kalba and the Sharjah Social Security Fund. In addition, he is the Chairman of the Higher Committee for Human Resources, the Organizational Structures Committee of the Sharjah Government, and the Technical and Administrative Committee of the Sharjah Social Security Fund’s Board of Directors. He also leads the Compliance and Internal Audit Committee at the University of Kalba.

Throughout his career, His Excellency has actively contributed to a variety of committees and task forces. He chaired the Human Resources Department team that received the Nationalization Contribution Award in 2014. He was also a Board Member of Al Thiqah Club for the Disabled (2007–2024), and a member of key initiatives such as the Committee for Implementing the Directives of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah on salary studies for University of Sharjah employees in 2008. In 2015, he played an essential role as a member of the Election Management Committee for the Sharjah Government’s Advisory Council. Additionally, he contributed to the success of the “Farhat Watan” initiative, which employed 300 national talents.

His Excellency Abdullah Al Zaabi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Sharjah.
