His Excellency Sheikh Fahim Bin Sultan Bin Khalid Al Qasimi

H.E. Sheikh Fahim bin Sultan bin Khalid Al Qasimi serves as Chairman of the Department of Government Relations in Sharjah and he also chairs the Supreme Committee for Economic Integration in the Government of Sharjah. Through his leadership of the Department, he leads efforts to strengthen cooperation between Sharjah Government entities, foreign governments, and international non-governmental organisations.

His Excellency has extensive experience in government-sector investments and strategies. Prior to his current role, he provided strategic advisory services and performance oversight for a portfolio of government-owned assets in the UAE. He has also supported the Government of Sharjah in developing policies aimed at achieving financial, social, and economic returns within government-owned entities. He serves as Chairman of the Advisory Council of the College of Computing and Informatics at the University of Sharjah, a Member of the Advisory Council for Development and Engagement at the American University of Sharjah, Treasurer of the Board of Trustees of Kalimat Foundation, and Vice Chairman of the French Cultural Association in Sharjah.

He holds a master’s degree in international relations from the University of Cambridge and is fluent in four languages: Arabic, English, French, and German.
