His Excellency Dr. Engineer Khalifa Musabeh Ahmed Alteneiji

H.E. Dr. Eng. Khalifa bin Musabah Al Teneiji serves as Chairman of the Sharjah Department of Agriculture and Livestock and Chief Executive Officer of the Sharjah Agricultural and Livestock Production Establishment (EKTIFA). He is also a member of the Boards of Trustees of Al Qasimia University and Al Dhaid University.

His career in public service has been recognised with several awards and honours. In 2017, he received the Sharjah Government Communication Award in the Best Official Spokesperson category. In 2018, he secured first place in the GCC General Secretariat Award for Government Housing in Kuwait in the Best Research category. In 2026, he was honoured as a Gulf Engineering Pioneer at the 27th Gulf Engineering Forum in Kuwait, in recognition of his contributions to advancing the engineering sector and promoting quality and efficiency.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from United Arab Emirates University, a master’s degree in business administration from the Canadian University, and a PhD in Engineering Management from the University of Sharjah.
