His Excellency Dr. Engineer Khalifa Musabeh Ahmed Alteneiji

Chairman of the Department of Agriculture and Livestock

H.E. Dr. Engineer Khalifa Musabeh Ahmed Alteneiji is the Chairman of the Department of Agriculture and Livestock in Sharjah.

H.E. also chairs the Federal Team for Public Private Partnerships in Housing and Infrastructure and is a Board of Trustees member at Al Qasimia University.

His various achievements and contributions include:

Providing a mechanism for Houses designs pre-approval and marketing locally and regionally.
Concluding the first state – level partnership agreement with the banking sector to finance beneficiaries of Public housing.
Unifying and facilitating buildings permits services in Sharjah municipals.
Launching the Flexible House Initiative as well as “Sakan” application and encyclopedia for comprehensive housing solutions.

H.E. Dr. Engineer Khalifa Musabeh Ahmed Alteneiji holds a B.A in Civil Engineering from the United Arab Emirates University, an M.A. degree in Business Administration from the Canadian University (2012), and a PhD degree in Engineering Management from the University of Sharjah (2019). In 2017, he was awarded the Sharjah governmental Communication prize – best spokesman class – in coronation of his efforts through his governmental professional history. H.E. Alteneiji was also ranked the first for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) General Secretariat Award for public housing in Kuwait – best research class.
