His Excellency Dr. Engineer Yousif Khamis Mohamed Alathmane

Engineer Yousef Khamis Muhammad Al Alathmani is the Chairman of the Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority and a member of the Sharjah Urban Planning Council. He has previously chaired the Town Planning and Survey Department in the city of Khor Fakkan and the Eastern Region branches affairs in the department. H.E. Al Alathmani is also a former member of a number of committees including: the Ownership Committee in Sharjah, the Land Allocation Committee, and the Compensation Committee.

H.E has been selected to be a team member in some developmental projects including: the Khor Fakkan Road, the Sharjah-Kalba Road, and the Kalba Corniche Road, also H.E. has been a role in other key projects carried out in Khor Fakkan, Kalba, and Dibba Al Hisn. These included the Khor Fakkan Amphitheatre, Al Rafisah Dam Rest Area, the Arab Academy for Science-Technology and Maritime Transport, Hisn Khorfakkan, and the Clock Tower in Kalba.

H.E. Engineer Yousef Khamis Muhammad Al Alathmani holds a B.A. in Architectural Engineering from the United Arab Emirates University.
