His Excellency Matar Ahmed AlKhashri AlNaqbi

H.E. Matar Ahmed Saeed Al-Khashri AlNaqbi is the chairman of Sharjah Fish Resources Authority and previously served as Director of Diwan Al Amiri in Dibba Al-Hisn (2016-2022). Since 1995, he worked as Assistant Director of Diwan Al Amiri, and he is a well-known leader in Dibba AL-Hisn and the Eastern Region of Sharjah.

H.E. AlNaqbi is an active participant in official events and community initiatives in Dibba Al-Hisn, a member of the Subsidiary Aid (Sharjah Charity International), and has many contributions aimed at developing the city and reviving its historical and archeological landmarks to enhance its status as a distinctive tourist destination.

H.E. AlNaqbi holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Social Service major from UAE University.
