His Excellency Dr. Sulaiman Abdallah Bin Sarhan Al Zaabi

H.E Dr. Sulaiman Abdallah Bin Sarhan Al Zaabi is the Chairman of Municipal Affairs Department and previously served as Chairman of the Municipal Council of Kalba City (2020-2022), and was also chosen as a member of the Advisory Council of Sharjah (2012-2015), where he assumed the position of Chairman of the Education Committee.

At the level of Kalba City and Sharjah, H.E AlZaabi served as the chairman of Sharjah Heritage Days Committee and Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Building and Construction Forum 2022, as well as the 1st and 2nd Agricultural and Livestock Marketing Exhibition, and launched a community initiative to support the first line of defense against Coronavirus.

H.E Dr. AlZaabi holds a PhD in Educational Administration (institutional performance evaluation) and a Master in Administration, and has two published books entitled: “Inspiring Leadership and Crises” (2018), “Contemporary Issues in Administration” (2014), together with numerous scientific studies and research, including a study on food security for the Emirate of Sharjah, research on institutional decision-making, and others.
