His Excellency Dr. Saeed Musabeh AlKaabi

Chairman of the Sharjah Education Council

H.E. Dr. Saeed Musabeh AlKaabi is the chairman of the Sharjah Education Council and the President of the Emirates Bow and Arrow Federation. He has held many posts in the educational, social and sports sectors. These include:

Board Chairman of the UAE Teachers Association (2012 -2017)
Board Chairman of Al-Madam Cultural and Sports Club (2013-2019)
Head of the third session of “School Olympiad” Supreme Committee, held in Sharjah (2015)
Head of the Advisory Board of the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences – University of Sharjah (2017-2019)
Member of the Emirates Shooting Federation (2019-2012)

H.E. AlKaabi has also represented the UAE in different educational conferences and Sports forums regionally and globally. Under his chairmanship, the Sharjah Education Council has helped the emirate become “a Child-Friendly City” based on the “Child-Friendly Nurseries” initiative. He supported the establishment of the Sharjah Private Education Authority and led the council towards receiving the international accreditation certificate for the quality management system (ISO: 9001, 2015) 2021.

H.E. Dr. Saeed Musabeh AlKaabi holds a B.A. in Education (Islamic Studies) from the UAE University, a Diploma in School Administration from the UAE University too, and an M.A. degree in Educational Administration – Yarmouk University (2008) and a PhD in Educational leadership – Beni Suef University (2016).
